Terms & Conditions

  • We reserve the right to send you the closest match in the event of your chosen balloon being out of stock or damaged.
  • Indoor use only.
  • Once your balloon has been delivered or collected it is your responsibility. If they burst we are NOT responsible.
  • If you take it out to the garden or park and then they fly away, it will be your responsibility.
  • If children run around with the balloon and they burst, it is your responsibility.
  • Latex & Foil balloons can burst anytime - Static, Heat, Climate, Handling Etc. We will not be held responsible after your delivery or collection. 
  • I will not be held responsible if they burst as I don't know how they are handled. These are balloons at the end of the day and they can burst at anytime because of various factors like heat, air, climate, handling etc.
  • Please only buy if you accept these conditions.
  • We put Hi-Float in all our Latex Balloons. They will last 8-36 hours under perfect conditions.

Delivery Information

  • AM Deliveries will be between 8-10am Monday to Sunday.
  • PM Deliveries will be between 6-7pm Monday to Saturday Except Tuesday. Thursday, Saturday & Sunday.
  • Delivery times are not guaranteed and is subject to traffic etc.
  • Same day Deliveries cut off time 12pm
  • I do not deliver to high rise apartments. You may be asked to come down to collect your items including balloons.

  • All items delivered in person observing social distancing rules.

Returns

Items at On Sale price are not refundable and non exchangeable. Full price Items can be exchanged or refunded under the distance selling regulations, subject to not being opened. You must send them back to the shop. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE BALLOONS.
Balloons are not refundable for any reason!
